  • Built AI agents (TypeScript/Node + OpenAI) that copilot the full sales-meeting lifecycle — prep, in-meeting assistance, and automated follow-up — supporting hundreds of meeting hours daily
  • Led a team of 7 engineers from concept to market launch, bridging engineering, product, and design
  • Drove re-architecture of a legacy monolith into event-driven AWS services (ECS + serverless, fully IaC), cutting P1 incidents ~85%
