Senior full-stack engineer (10+ years) currently shipping production LLM agents at scale. These days I'm at Telepatia, building trustworthy AI for healthcare professionals — after five years building AI copilots at Mixmax that sat in hundreds of sales-meeting hours every single day.

Started as a techie at 12 and working with IT at 15 — still forever in ♥ with tech. I like owning products end-to-end: from idea, to production, to revenue.

  • Turning scarcity into abundance by empowering healthcare professionals with scalable, trustworthy intelligence — and pursuing nothing less than the first Nobel Prize in Medicine for Latin America since 1984 with an AI Doctor

Mixmax — Senior Software Engineer

Remote · Jul 2021 – Aug 2026

  • Built AI agents (TypeScript/Node + OpenAI) that copilot the full sales-meeting lifecycle — prep, in-meeting assistance, and automated follow-up — supporting hundreds of meeting hours daily and thousands of sales touchpoints weekly
  • Led a team of 7 engineers from concept to market launch, bridging engineering, product, and design
  • Drove re-architecture of a legacy monolith into event-driven AWS services (ECS + serverless, fully IaC), cutting P1 incidents ~85% (from ~2/month to ~2/quarter)
  • Shrank the blast radius of shipping: new products went from touching ~a dozen fragile, coupled repos to a handful of well-tested services with clear ownership boundaries
  • Eliminated CRM reporting busywork for sales reps with bidirectional sync — hundreds of thousands of CRM events processed monthly

  • Co-built and operated, on nights and weekends, a live-Q&A SaaS for events — hundreds of users across hundreds of live events globally, with 24/7 production ownership
  • Ran pricing and willingness-to-pay experiments; sunset the product when founder bandwidth ran out

Catho Lab — Founding Engineer, internal venture builder

  • Founding engineer of a tech-enabled recruiting agency built from zero inside Catho's venture builder — owned full-stack delivery end-to-end, partnering with the founding designer on product research and design
  • Took the venture from idea to B2B revenue within its first months, landing paying clients across multiple verticals
  • Ran rapid, data-informed experimentation cycles to validate and scale new products for one of Brazil's largest job boards
